Job Description:

Starbucks is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to support beverage preparation, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily store operations in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, maintaining product standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and card systems.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
  • Handle food items following proper food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
  • Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
  • Assist with drive-thru operations when required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quick and accurate order fulfillment.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
