Job Description:
Starbucks is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to support beverage preparation, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily store operations in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, maintaining product standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and card systems.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Handle food items following proper food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
- Assist with drive-thru operations when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quick and accurate order fulfillment.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
