Job Summary
As Springs Charter Schools continues to expand to meet growing student interest and diversify our program offerings, we are opening the new Arbor Student Center for the 2026-2027 school year, grounded in the Core Principles of Public Waldorf education. Orchard Academy seeks individuals passionate about leading this new initiative. Charter school experience and Waldorf-informed practice preferred.

As a teacher at our new Waldorf-inspired Arbor Student Center, the selected candidate will support the launch and ongoing success of the program by fostering a nurturing, engaging classroom environment rooted in whole-child education.
