In the journey of life, your career should make a difference.

At Inizio Evoke, we come together—to do the best work, in the best possible place. We're all in. Because it's everyone's role to make health more human™.

About The Role:

Inizio Evoke is seeking an Associate Director of Resource Management to serve as a strategic partner across multiple capabilities, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the right talent is deployed to drive business success across a complex and evolving agency landscape.

You will go beyond traditional resource allocation, blending data, intuition, and deep business understanding to shape staffing strategies. You will bring a strong grasp of client intricacies, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and approach resourcing as both an art and a science - balancing immediate needs with long-term capability planning.

This is a remote role reporting to the Vice President, Resource Management.

You Will:

Strategic Resource Leadership Portfolio Ownership

Be a primary resource manager and trusted partner to multiple capability leads and senior leadership stakeholders

Own and oversee a portfolio of brands/clients, ensuring staffing strategies are aligned to each account's unique needs, team dynamics, and growth trajectory

Develop resource plans across a large subset of business, balancing priorities across multiple clients and workstreams

Maintain an understanding of each client's nuances, scopes of work, and evolving demands to inform proactive staffing decisions

New Business Growth Support

Partner with business development teams from late-stage pitch through to onboarding and staffing

Translate new business wins into scalable staffing models that integrate into the broader portfolio (freelance and full-time employees)

Anticipate resource needs based on pipeline trends and align talent to support growth across multiple clients

Business Partnership Influence

Build relationships with senior leadership and client-facing leads to influence decision-making on team structures, hiring, and workforce planning

Provide consultative guidance on staffing trade-offs across a portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities early

Hold partners accountable to agreed-upon resource plans, priorities, and timelines while maintaining collaborative relationships

Operational Excellence with Strategic Insight

Use data, reporting, and forecasting tools to inform decisions - go beyond the numbers to provide nuanced, experience-driven recommendations

Evaluate resourcing across the portfolios to ensure optimal utilization, team structure, and skill alignment

Balance short-term staffing needs with long-term portfolio health, including talent development, retention, and succession planning

Problem Solving Proactive Ownership

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across accounts and implement solutions that improve resourcing effectiveness at scale

Be a leader within the resource management function, elevating standards and contributing to best practices

You Will Bring:

3+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or operations within an agency environment

Experience managing staffing across multiple clients or brands

Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions at a strategic level

Hands-on experience supporting new business, including working with pitch teams and building staffing plans from the ground up - translating early scoping into fully realized team structures in partnership with leadership

Ability to “retrofit” and evolve team models post-win, ensuring the right mix of talent, levels, and capabilities are in place to support new client engagements

Ability to balance data-driven insights with practical judgment

Confidence in navigating complex conversations

Ability to operate effectively across a diverse portfolio of clients

What Sets You Apart

You think operationally regarding brands and departments, not just individual roles - understanding how decisions affect the broader business

You quickly grasp client and department nuances and adapt staffing approaches accordingly

You view resourcing as more than numbers - you understand team chemistry, client expectations, and long-term impact

You hold teams accountable while maintaining trust

You bring experience managing freelance ecosystems, including recruiting, onboarding, and effectively deploying freelance talent to meet evolving business needs

You demonstrate strong financial acumen, with experience managing staffing budgets across both freelance and full-time employees, ensuring alignment to revenue targets and margin goals

You bring a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to elevate how resource management contributes to the business
