To support accounting operations, the full-time remote Accounting Coordinator II will manage supplier setup and management, perform account reconciliations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Key responsibilities Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information Research, track, and resolve documentation problems and discrepancies Maintain regular contact with other departments to convey information and correct transactions Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to perform general office duties, including filing and routine correspondence Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills for account reconciliations and report preparation
