Part-time moving into full-time as caseload grows.

Duncan Lake Therapy Collective a small, values-driven private multi-disciplinary practice providing speech, mental health, an occupational therapy in the greater Grand Rapids area. We are committed to high-quality, client-centered, collaborative care rooted in inclusivity, neuroaffirming practice, and cultural responsiveness.

We are excited to add another occupational therapist to our team for a fall 2026 start. In-person availability at our Caledonia location is required, including after-school hours. School-based work will also be on the table in order to build up the position as much as possible. As the caseload grows, there is significant opportunity for expanded hours and long-term growth within the practice.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Michigan state licensure (or eligibility)
• After-school availability
• A commitment to furthering your cultural competency/humility, and dedication to inclusion, diversity, and representation

Essential Skills

• Self-starter with a high level of independence
• Patience and flexibility in a program-building role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Engaging and thoughtful interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and team members
• Reliability, honesty, and integrity

Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour
