Responsibilities:

Cleaning guest rooms that are staying over and checking out

Exemplify exceptional customer service and showcase a genuine passion for guest satisfaction

Ensure that all housekeeping department standards are consistently met

Promptly attend to and fulfill any special requests made by our valued guests

Efficiently manage and maintain inventory levels

Promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel
