Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks. Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability. Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s plan of care. Qualifications Valid California Occupational Therapist license. CPR or BLS certification. Driver’s license and auto insurance. Physical + TB test (within the last year). Professional liability and business license (if applicable). Location Service area includes Hollywood, Silverlake, Eastside, and surrounding Los Angeles neighborhoods.
