Delivery Driver/ Loader/ Grounds Keeper

Whether navigating a box truck on route or tending to grounds, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment. Duties - Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmissions to deliver products to various locations following planned routes. - Load and unload goods using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly. - Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. - Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs of routes driven and items delivered or picked up. - Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and general outdoor maintenance to keep the premises safe and attractive. - Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met. - Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, moving supplies, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Skills - Proven experience as a delivery driver with knowledge of route planning and navigation. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously. - Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus. - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently. - Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and commercial driving regulations. - Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving, loading/unloading cargo, and grounds maintenance. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
