We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability to guide survey projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to mentor teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include:
Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery
Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations
Team Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives
Quality Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations
Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance
This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.
What You Bring
Licensed Land Surveyor (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)
At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight
Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

Pay Range: - $100,000 - $145,000
