Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting activities.• Assist in the preparation and distribution of timely financial statements.• Develop supporting schedules and financial statements aligned with monthly closing processes.• Manage corporate tax-related tasks, including sales tax and corporate tax returns.• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial data.• Leverage expertise in large-scale accounting systems to streamline processes and reporting.• Monitor compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the accounting department.
