Office Manager / Bookkeeper
South Denver
A well-established specialty subcontractor is seeking an Office Manager / Accounting Coordinator to become the operational backbone of a small, tight-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a small-business environment, and can balance administrative, project coordination, and accounting responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - $75,000 annually (DOE)

What You'll Do
Office Administration & Project Coordination (50%)
- Serve as the primary administrative support for project managers, field staff, customers, and vendors
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and compliance documentation
- Process lien waivers and construction-related project paperwork
- Support project tracking and customer documentation requests
- Answer phones and assist with day-to-day office operations
- Maintain organized project and customer files
Accounting & Bookkeeping (50%)
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable and vendor management
- Accounts Receivable and customer billing
- Assist with job costing and purchase order administration
- Maintain accounting records and bookkeeping functions
- Support sales tax documentation and compliance
- Work within accounting and construction billing systems to ensure accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction administration, office management, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Knowledge of COIs, lien waivers, customer billings, and construction documentation
- Experience with Textura or similar construction platforms is highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
- 100% onsite
