Managing and grow the Agency's Commercial and Personal Insurance book of business.

Daily operations include quoting, recommending and selling; processing policy changes; analyzing and clarifying coverage for clients; effectively communicating; using your product knowledge and sales experience to increase new sales; cross selling current clients.

Must have Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license

Ability to ensure a high quality of client satisfaction

Effectively act as an insurance advisor not just a sales person

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Bi-lingual not a requirement but a resume enhancement

Competent and efficient in the completion of all responsibilities

Salary commensurate with experience

Possess strong knowledge of Property and Casualty coverages

2 years minimum experience is a resume enhancement
