State Farm agent Sati Soulakhian)in Glendale, CA is hiring an outgoing, career-focused Sales Representative to grow customer relationships and help people protect what matters.

What You’ll Do

-Connect with warm leads and new clients

-Use a needs-based approach to explain insurance options

-Schedule appointments, identify needs, and market auto, home, life insurance

-Follow up and close sales while building long-term relationships

-Help the team meet marketing goals

-Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)

Licenses (Required)

-Property & Casualty (P&C) license (must be able to obtain)

-Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

Pay & Benefits

-$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

-Hourly pay + commission/bonus
