What You’ll Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and "clean & check" services.
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps (1–2 years of experience required).
• Provide an exceptional Customer Experience: You are a guest in our customers' homes. We value clear communication, a professional appearance, and a friendly attitude.
• Travel throughout Northern Nevada, ensuring homeowners stay comfortable regardless of the Sierra Nevada weather.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service.
• Service Area: Comfortability driving to and working in Reno, Sparks, Carson, and the Lake Tahoe area.
• Certifications: EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Soft Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain English.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.
