Job Category: Operations Requisition Number: LOGIS008165 Position Summary: The Logistics Specialist loads and unloads tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, stages products at customer sites, and represents TireHub professionally in all customer interactions. The role includes vehicle maintenance, inventory control, and safe driving practices while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships.

Compensation & Hours

Hourly Wage: $21.50 with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

Key Responsibilities Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks, box trucks, vans).

Follows

TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders; places orders in designated bin locations. Operates forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols. Participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for regular and annual inventory control.

Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition; conducts daily pre/post‑trip inspections. Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.

Maintains compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures. Participates in ongoing training through in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based modules as assigned. Performs additional tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.
