Executive Assistant (100% Remote, Finance Industry)We are actively hiring a senior executive assistant who will provide longterm support to senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies within the finance industry.
The role is 100% remote and offers flexible businesshour scheduling with no nightor weekend work.About the PositionAs an executive assistant and employee of Boldly, you will provide topnotch administrative support to seniorlevel executives.
Your responsibilities span calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, email and expense oversight, as well as other executiveadministrative tasks as needed.Strategically manage complex executives' calendarsPlan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travelMake travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)Maximize the executive's time through research, correspondence routing, drafting letters and documents , collecting and analyzing information, and initiating calls on their behalfManage multiple email inboxes for executivesOversee expense reports and reimbursementsPerform additional executiveadmin duties as requiredAbout You 7+ years in a senior administrative or executiveassistant role supporting multiple highlevel executives in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication, organization, and technology skills; comfortable leveraging productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, etc.).
Proactive, dynamic, and resultsoriented with a meticulous eye for detail.
Comfortable working independently and under tight deadlines.
