The Summit Public House in Capitol Hill is seeking a cook-busser to join our team. We are a small Neighborhood bar that seeks individuals to help in our kitchen several times a week and applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old and want to work in bar-pub style setting. Our kitchen is open from 330pm to 10pm daily seven days a week and employees average $40 to $48 per hour including tipsProtentional applicants must have:-2 years' Experience cooking in a fast-paced Kitchen-Good knifes skills and be organized-previous experience cooking Mexican food, a plus- A calm and collected attitude in a very busy restaurant environment- A team player who communicates with his coworkers and wants to see a good, finished product- *Able to multitask in the kitchen, bar, dish pit and bussing station*-Individual must be able to move a beer keg and carry a buss tub of dishes (no exceptions)-Kitchen Spanish a plus, but not necessary-Able to work from 330pm 10pm-Able to work in an open area kitchen-Please send us your resume!
