Linehaul Drivers

Overview

We are hiring dependable, professional Company Truck Drivers for mileage-based positions with dedicated outbound routes from Southern California. Drivers have the flexibility to choose regular lanes to Texas, Florida, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, or the Midwest. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, hours, and fuel consumption
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules and delivery updates
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Operate company-owned tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on long-haul routes.
• Drive dedicated outbound lanes from Southern California to your selected destination
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs through ELD

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Minimum of 2 years of long-haul driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening
• Basic knowledge of freight handling and load securement

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Knowledge of hazardous materials transportation regulations
• Previous experience in route planning and fleet management
• Forklift operation certification
• Familiarity with industry software for logistics management
