Delivering Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech‑language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high‑quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Improve patients’ communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy

Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program

Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech‑language pathology and the healthcare environment

Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards

Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility

Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech‑Language Pathology

Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist state license
