Wichita-based contract part manufacturer that produces precision CNC milled and CNC turned components for aerospace and defense customers.

Current seeking:

CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer

Qualifications

• Can independently set up and operate mill turn lathes
• Ability to read engineering drawings, hold tight tolerances, and follow controlled processes
• Perform accurate in-process inspection and document results correctly
• Maintain productivity and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety rules and shop policies
• Self-directed, fast, accurate, and consistently productive with limited supervision

Required

• Ability to read and interpret product drawings.
• Experience operating CNC Lathes
• Ability to program in Master Cam, Gibbs Cam or equivalent software

Preference

• Experience operating 3, 4 & 5 axis mills
• Proficient with CATIA, AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Knowledge with SolidWorks
