GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH • We promote from within • Performance is reviewed on an annual basis • We service all of Central North Carolina, as well as areas surrounding Wilmington & Myrtle Beach •Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner and Wilmington WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE • Answer phone calls and respond to email requests • Generate and build interest by communicating the benefits of our products • Schedule in-home, no obligation consultations • The responsibility of the Call Center Rep is to contact potential prospects concerning our products via telephone in a professional and ethical manner. • The Call Center Rep will work to determine the prospect's need for our product, build interest in the benefits of our products, and set an opportunity for our in-home product specialists to give the prospect a no obligation presentation of our product. • This is not a job for those content to just go through the motions and earn a bare minimum paycheck. We are looking for (and have incentives for) go-getters - for people who have the can-do attitude to improve themselves and put their heart into their efforts every day. SKILLS •Great communication skills of listening and speaking •Initiative, ability to work independently •Strong sales skills •Memorize all pertinent scripts and rebuttals •Memorize the 10 Requirements of an Appointment •Efficient laptop and internet connection required to work from home. This is a remote position.
