Overview:

Apply Rite, a leading roofing and repair company is currently seeking a highly motivated, high energy sales professional to apply to join our team as Residential Sales Representative to sell our residential roofing services, siding, painting and gutter projects protecting our customers most valued possession, their home. Prior knowledge of residential roofing experience and insurance logistics is a plus. Apply Rite is a well-established roofing company that supports the on-going development and success of our employees. In this role you'll manage your own sales pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue for the company. You'll work closely with homeowners to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions available. This job has a base of $35K per year plus commission with the potential to earn $75,000 - $250,000/year in commissions. Apply Rite also offers medical insurance and Paid Time Off (PTO). As a Residential Sales Representative, you are vital to the growth and development of our business pipeline. You will work closely with both new and existing clients to meet quotas and exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a lead or generate a potential customer's interest, it is your responsibility to strategically handle the negotiation and bid process. You will also be responsible for brainstorming strategies for attracting customers and offering suggestions to the team. Additionally, you regularly attend and participate in sales and production meetings, training sessions, events and conferences to expand your knowledge and stay up to date with the newest technologies. Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of residential roofing sales experience
  • Prior knowledge of insurance logistics is a plus
  • Roofing product and warranty knowledge
  • Strong passion for sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management and organization skills
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform
  • Presentation, selling and negotiating skills
  • Ability to read and interpret project specifications to provide estimates/quotes
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline effectively
  • Dedication to personal job by reaching or surpassing your sales goals
  • Ability to travel when needed

Responsibilities:

  • Whether our customer needs a repair or full roof replacement, you are qualified in all aspects of roof construction
  • Prospect, qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities (targeted canvassing, referrals, networking)
  • Mange and maximize assigned territory
  • When you generate a homeowner's/customer's interest, you strategically handle the negotiation, quote, and closing phases to ensure the customer is happy with the deal
  • Review scope of work summaries and sign contract with homeowner
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners (Under Promise an Over Deliver)
  • Educate customers on the industry, products, warranties, and Apply Rite's policies and procedures
  • Brainstorm fresh strategies for attracting customers and offer suggestions to team
  • Obtain referrals from customers
  • Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM
  • Maintain constant communication with company leadership, sales team, homeowners and office staff
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales and production meetings.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
