The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers, handling transactions, promoting products or services, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in English and Spanish
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Recommend products or services based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory as needed
• Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
• Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines
• Support the team with daily store operations

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic store duties
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
