Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our customer service team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.

This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing solutions.
  • Document and update customer information in the database during and after calls.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding promotions, products, and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy toward customer needs.
