Build a PT Career With Better Care, Real Support, and Room to Grow

At Core Physical Therapy, you are not stepping into a high-volume clinic where you are expected to rush care or figure everything out on your own.

You are joining an outpatient orthopedic clinic where clinical reasoning, patient relationships, and long-term professional growth are taken seriously.

This role is built for a Physical Therapist who wants to deliver strong outcomes, keep improving clinically, and feel supported by a team that values quality care.

Whether you are a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced PT ready for more autonomy and leadership opportunity, Core Physical Therapy offers the structure, support, and environment to help you grow.

What You Will Receive

  • Base salary of $90,000 to $98,000
  • $5,000 to $10,000 sign-on and relocation assistance available
  • Monthly health stipend
  • Dental and vision reimbursement
  • IRA retirement plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Parental leave
  • Tuition assistance
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Flexible schedule
  • Free uniforms
  • Supportive leadership that listens, invests, and helps you grow

Why Physical Therapists Choose Core Physical Therapy

  • One-on-one patient care. You have the time to evaluate thoroughly, treat with intention, and adjust care based on each patient’s needs.
  • Quality over volume. This is a clinic where care is focused on outcomes, not simply getting through a packed schedule.
  • Clinical autonomy. Your judgment matters. You are trusted to think critically, make decisions, and use your skills to help patients progress.
  • Strong mentorship and support. You receive guidance, feedback, and clinical collaboration from a team that wants to help you keep improving.
  • Career growth opportunity. As the clinic continues to grow, there is room to step into leadership, mentorship, and expanded clinical responsibility.
  • A team that values PTs. You will be part of a supportive environment where your work, ideas, and clinical development matter.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate patients with depth and clarity
  • Identify root causes, movement limitations, and functional goals
  • Create individualized plans of care
  • Provide skilled outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy

  • Build strong patient relationships that improve trust, buy-in, and results
  • Collaborate with a team that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care
  • Document care clearly and communicate effectively with patients and team members

You will have:

  • Autonomy and trust in your clinical decisions
