Retail Manager I

The Retail Manager I is responsible for the effective management of a retail team that ranges from entry level to skilled sales positions. The RM I provides leadership, guidance, and sets expectations to a team of sales and service professionals to ensure they meet and exceed sales goal, deposit growth, and service targets. Attracts, effectively onboards, develops, promotes, and retains colleagues. Creates and leads an inclusive and engaged team. Attracts, deepens, retains, and refers client relationships. Builds relationships with partners throughout the organization to reinforce the one bank model. Conducts proactive outreach to clients, prospects, COI’s, and the community to position Androscoggin as the Best Business Bank in Maine.
