Operating fully remote, the Lead Recruiter will manage the recruiting process for mid-manager to director-level roles, while also coaching and advising team members on candidate sourcing strategies and best hiring practices. Key responsibilities Lead and support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and assessing candidates for IT/Tech roles Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview tools and conduct structured interviews Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a high-quality pipeline under tight timelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience 7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including corporate recruiting and leadership roles 5 years of experience with candidate search techniques and behavioral interviewing Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried roles 3 years of sourcing experience using social networking tools
