Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and the pioneer of Process Mining technology. As one of the world’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies, we are changemakers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We invest heavily in advanced AI capabilities—specifically our Process Intelligence Graph—to turn data insights into immediate business action. We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by placing intelligence at the core of every business process. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet.

Are you a digital transformation leader ready to architect the AI-driven future of the Banking sector?

This is not a standard process optimization role. We are looking for a Lead Value Partner to own customer success and drive high-stakes SaaS and AI adoption across top-tier global financial institutions and regional banking enterprise accounts. You will serve as the strategic bridge—translating complex financial and operational needs into technical strategy. As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CRO, CIO, CFO, Head of Retail/Wholesale Banking), you will blend deep banking DNA with elite management consulting and an AI-first mindset to realize maximum customer value.

The Impact You Will Drive

Value Architecture: Translate executive banking priorities into high-impact AI use cases (e.g., intelligent credit underwriting, automated fraud mitigation, hyper-personalized wealth advisory) and Value Realization Frameworks.

Solution Blueprints: Architect scalable, end-to-end data flows to resolve complex operational bottlenecks across legacy core banking platforms, payment rails, and loan origination pipelines.

Financial Quantification: Build data-backed business cases driving $10M+ in OPEX savings, risk reduction, or net-new revenue generation.

Executive Advisory: Deliver high-stakes value narratives to C-suite stakeholders and G-SIB (Global Systemically Important Banks) leadership to accelerate software adoption pipelines.

Process Transformation: Automate complex front-to-back office workflows (e.g., institutional onboarding, trade lifecycle management) using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies while maintaining bulletproof audit trails.

Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end customer value journey from technical discovery and proof-of-concept pilots through to impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Who You Are: The Ideal Background

You are a strategic leader with 8–12 years of experience navigating unstructured enterprise problems. To be successful in this role, you must possess a hybrid background that bridges institutional financial services and elite business strategy. We are looking for candidates who fit one of the following exact trajectories:

The Banker turned Consultant: You began your career in risk management, capital markets, or retail/commercial banking operations at a major financial institution, and subsequently pivoted into Management Consulting, Strategy, or SaaS Value Engineering.

The Consultant turned Banking Digital Strategist: You began your career at an MBB, Big 4, or elite tech consultancy, built a deep portfolio of quantified business cases in digital transformation, and subsequently specialized heavily within Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or FinTech.

The Non-Negotiables

Value-Led Consulting: Proven track record in consultative value-selling, value engineering, or account strategy for enterprise SaaS digital transformations.

Next-Gen Tech Fluency: Functional understanding of Generative AI, process mining, and their intersection with enterprise financial systems and core banking platforms (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, or SAP Banking).

Banking Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in 2+ areas across Credit Risk Underwriting, Wealth Management/Advisory, Payments Clearing, Capital Markets, Asset/Liability Management (ALM), or KYC/AML Operations.

Back-Office Compliance: Strong grasp of financial services risk management frameworks, internal controls, and major regulatory mandates (e.g., Dodd-Frank, Basel III/IV, SEC, FINRA, CFPB).

Education Certifications

B.S. or M.S. in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.

LSS Black Belt, Lean/Six Sigma, or Advanced Data Analytics / CFA / FRM certifications are a major plus.

Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
