About Us
Lelia Electric Corp. is a growing electrical contractor serving Westchester County, NY and the surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician / Working Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will actively perform electrical work in the field while leading crews, managing projects, and coordinating with customers, inspectors, and general contractors.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial and residential electrical installations
- Run projects independently from start to finish
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Supervise and direct helpers and apprentices
- Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and customers
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and field issues
- Maintain job schedules and productivity
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable codes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Perform hands-on electrical work daily while leading crews
Requirements
- 10+ years of electrical experience preferred
- Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Experience running crews and managing projects
- Strong commercial and residential electrical experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read plans and coordinate installations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
