But if you're the kind of person who can chat with a stranger in the grocery store line and somehow end up knowing their life story, we might be your people.

We're looking for someone friendly, organized, and maybe just a little bit charming to join our Service Department team.

The gig:

• Answer phones (and yes, sometimes it rings a lot—we're popular like that)
• Schedule service appointments and help customers feel like VIPs
• Handle payments without making anyone feel weird about it
• Call customers to make sure we didn't mess anything up (spoiler: we usually didn't)
• Manage our loaner car fleet, which is basically being a librarian but for vehicles

You might be perfect for this if:

• You can pronounce "I'll be happy to help you with that" without sounding like a robot
• You stay calm when things get busy
• You've never thrown a phone, even when you really wanted to
• Bonus points if you speak Spanish, but no pressure
