Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Lancaster, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with mentorship and team development while making a meaningful impact in the lives of pediatric clients and their families throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire, and support a team of nurses in delivering exceptional pediatric home care
Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties
Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
Provide clinical oversight and support to field nursing staff
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for nurses
Participate in training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff
Coordinate and deliver educational in-services and skills development programs
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
Pediatric, home care, or home health experience preferred
Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in person and travel throughout the service area as needed
