The Outside Sales Manager – Standard Pipe is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing sales activities within assigned accounts, territories, or business segments.
This role combines direct sales execution with business ownership responsibilities, including forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory exposure management, and market positioning. The position requires developing and executing account and territory-level strategies, handling complex customer situations, and leading high-level negotiations.
Although this role does not currently have direct reports, it is expected to evolve into a leadership position managing Outside Sales Representatives.
