An exciting opening has become available at our Roslyn location as our current Assistant Director is being promoted to Director of our new Brooklyn clinic. This creates a rare opportunity for the right clinician to step into a leadership role within one of Long Island's most respected private practice physical therapy organizations.

We take a modern, objective approach to physical therapy focused on diagnostics and measurable outcomes. Our clinicians develop confidence treating direct access patients through advanced training in:

Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSKUS)

NCV/EMG interpretation

Evidence-based orthopedic evaluation

Hands-On, 1:1 Treatment

Our therapists work closely with experienced mentors who specialize in pain relief and manual therapy. You'll refine advanced hands-on techniques, including Grade V HVLATs, while helping patients achieve meaningful functional improvements.

Growth & Continuing Education

We heavily invest in clinician development through company-sponsored continuing education.

COMT Certification

Become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through the Restriction-Based Approach system.

5-course certification series

Fully paid by Panetta PT

Typical completion timeline: 2–3 years

MSK Ultrasound Training

Learn diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound testing and interpretation for the shoulder and knee.

Approximate completion timeline: 1 year

Has several years of orthopedic clinical experience

Loves manual therapy and hands-on treatment

Has leadership aspirations or prior leadership experience

Wants to learn MSK ultrasound and NCV/EMG interpretation

Is passionate about helping patients achieve exceptional outcomes

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 90-95K Competitive salary based on experience, leadership background, and clinical expertise.
