Senior Manager Retail Space Analytics

Leading the development of store-level shelf insights, the full-time Senior Manager Retail Space Analytics will leverage shelf analytics and category intelligence platforms to optimize merchandising performance and drive business results in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Analyze shelf flow, brand blocks, and on-shelf availability to identify opportunities for improving shelf conditions Serve as a subject matter expert on shelf and space initiatives, advising internal stakeholders and retailer partners Lead and develop direct reports while translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail analytics, or related commercial analytics roles Proven experience leading direct reports and developing high-performing teams Strong understanding of planogram compliance and shelf optimization analytics Ability to work cross-functionally and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners
