Reporting process improvement

Help maintain and improve dashboards and trackers (Excel/Salesforce), ensuring data quality and consistency

Support reporting on operational KPIs such as intake forecast, refurbishment turn time, and inventory dwell and sell through rate.

Assist in documenting and improving workflows (simple SOPs, checklists, process maps)

Cross-functional collaboration

Work with Sales, Service, Finance, and Marketing to help ensure vehicles move smoothly through the process

Contribute to quality assurance by verifying inspection/refurbishment documentation and flagging gaps

What we’re looking for

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Operations, Engineering, Economics, Automotive, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and processes

Proficiency in Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookups are a plus)

Strong communication skills in English; able to collaborate with multiple teams

Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Genuine interest in automotive, EVs, mobility, sustainability, or operational excellence

Nice to have

Familiarity with Salesforce or any CRM/operations tool

Experience with reporting, dashboards, or basic data analysis (Excel/Power BI)

Interest or knowledge of used car market dynamics (pricing, depreciation, demand)

Any exposure to process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, SOP creation not required)

What you’ll gain

Hands-on experience in used car operations within a premium EV brand

Practical exposure to how vehicles are valued, tracked, prepared, and positioned for resale

Cross-functional collaboration across European teams (and potential global stakeholders)

A clear, portfolio-ready internship project with measurable impact
