Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Producer role based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Insurance Producer will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain a book of business, and provide tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and networking, conducting coverage reviews, preparing quotes, and presenting insurance options in a clear and compliant manner. The role also involves servicing existing clients, handling policy changes, answering coverage questions, and coordinating with carriers to resolve issues. The Insurance Producer will maintain accurate records in the agency management system, follow all regulatory and company guidelines, and contribute to agency marketing and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge, with the ability to explain coverage options and recommend appropriate policies.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and a client-focused approach.
  • Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits products and the ability to support small and mid-sized businesses with benefits planning is preferred.
  • State insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) and understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Comfort with using agency management systems, CRM tools, and basic office software to document interactions and manage sales activities.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is beneficial but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates.
