Part-Time Field Supervisor - Security Services

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Shift: Second shift Noon-Midnight

Key Objectives:

• Lead and supervise teams of security officers across various sites.
• Travel between locations to ensure security teams are operational and compliant.
• Guarantee proper security coverage at all job sites adhering to both company and client policies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Per Mar clients and management.
• Provide immediate response and support to clients during emergency incidents.
• Benefit from a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop provided for work use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support security officers throughout their shifts to enhance performance.
• Assist in training both new and current security officers based on site-specific needs.
• Conduct property checks and investigate security alarms for commercial clients in the greater Madison area.
• Work closely with clients and Per Mar staff to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Communicate with clients and operational managers regarding incidents and officer availability.
• Step in to provide security when coverage is lacking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in computers, security equipment, and surveillance technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in security roles.
• Strong ability to draft clear and concise reports on activities and incidents.
• Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
• Demonstrated proactive, engaged, and hands-on approach to security management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must possess a Wisconsin Security License.

Position may require travel to various job sites within the greater Madison area.
