Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of technology projects within the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Ensure projects comply with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Oversee the integration of new systems and technologies with existing financial platforms. Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement. Implement and adhere to best practices in project management methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on financial services technology projects. Proven experience managing projects related to trading platforms, core banking systems, risk management, or regulatory compliance. Deep understanding of the financial services industry, its products, and regulatory landscape. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence). Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a demanding environment. Experience working within agile frameworks in a financial institution is a plus.
