Customer Service and Sales Associate

Position Purpose: As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional service by proactively engaging with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored assistance. In this role, you will become knowledgeable about our products and use our resources to help customers navigate their projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales with every customer in your department.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned areas, ensuring they are safe and inviting for customers.
• Learn to manage basic queries across adjacent departments to enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with your Department Supervisor and team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Follow all safety protocols and complete required safety training to ensure a secure working environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work across various store departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Diverse roles within this position may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
