Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Burien, WA. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, and implementing preventive measures to ensure optimal system performance. Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
• Experience with routine maintenance and preventive maintenance practices for HVAC systems
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service
• Possession of EPA certification or equivalent credentials
• Understanding of residential retrofit systems is a plus
• Proficiency in time management and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal HVAC training or certification preferred
