Your Daily Duties Will Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room, ensuring all surgical instruments are ready and available
• Maintaining sterile fields while strictly adhering to infection control standards
• Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by handing over instruments and supplies
• Managing and maintaining surgical equipment before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Keeping track of supplies and ensuring optimal preparedness for each operation
• Working collaboratively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team for seamless surgical experiences
• Maintaining precise surgical counts and comprehensive documentation

Education Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Required Certifications:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential mandatory
• BLS certification (or the ability to obtain this within 90 days of hire)
