Just In Time Staffing is hiring an experienced Cold Storage Forklift Operator!
We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious forklift operator with experience working in a freezer or cold storage warehouse. If you have experience driving stand-up or sit-down forklifts in cold environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse, we'd like to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and store products in freezer and refrigerated areas
- Perform rack storage and retrieval with accuracy
- Pick and stage orders for shipment
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report any issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Cold storage/freezer warehouse experience required
- Experience with rack driving preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures below freezing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Steel-toe boots required
