To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist in updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility sheets and job postings Assist in screening candidates, conducting reference checks, and managing onboarding timelines Source candidates through networking, cold calling, and online databases while providing information about Vituity and open positions Required qualifications 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required Experience with Taleo preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
