Plumber Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues with water systems, drainage, or piping; perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Operate welding equipment and pipe threading tools to assemble or modify piping systems in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Use construction experience to perform remodeling tasks, assemble fixtures, and support HVAC systems where applicable.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols.
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure precise installation and maintenance of plumbing infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and system modifications for compliance and future reference.
• Collaborate effectively with construction teams by interpreting technical drawings and schematics to meet project specifications.
• Support construction site activities by utilizing carpentry skills for framing or structural adjustments related to plumbing installations.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, maintenance, or repair in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, welding, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
• Familiarity with local building codes governing water systems and plumbing installations.
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC components, and plumbing inspection cameras.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and pipe threading equipment safely.
• Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizing or system layouts.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical drawings and collaborating with team members.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces as needed.
