Senior Recruiting Specialist with FINRA Licenses

To support financial institutions in recruiting efforts, the full-time Senior Recruiting Specialist with FINRA Licenses will manage relationships with advisors, develop recruiting strategies, and coordinate outreach initiatives remotely. Key responsibilities Develop leads and build relationships with prospective Financial Advisors through outreach and presentations Create and implement recruiting plans tailored to assigned territories and financial institution partners Act as the primary contact for advisor recruiting, collaborating with management teams and tracking recruitment activities Required qualifications Proven experience as a sales professional with a network of financial advisors Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate compelling value propositions Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and advisor business models FINRA Series 7 and 65 or 66 licenses
