Director - Environmental, Health, Safety, Quaility Systems and Governance

This role is responsible for leading enterprise Environmental, Health, Safety, Security (EHS&S), and governance systems that support both EHS and key Quality processes across Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial operations

This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable FDA regulations while strengthening enterprise governance, risk management, and operational discipline. The position partners closely with Quality leadership to align and integrate critical systems—including Management of Change (MOC), CAPA, audits, complaints, and KPI reporting—into a consistent, effective governance framework.

This leader balances regulatory rigor with practical execution to reduce risk, eliminate repeat issues, and improve performance visibility across the organization.
