Role and Responsibilities:

As a Painting Expert, you will maintain and refresh painted surfaces throughout the hotel while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will uphold the property's high standards and collaborate with team members to create a polished and professional environment.

• Perform painting and touch-up work in various hotel areas to maintain a luxurious appearance.
• Keep brushes, rollers, and other painting tools in optimal condition for professional results.
• Complete all assigned work safely, thoroughly, and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and structured workspace to enhance efficiency.
• Exhibit professionalism at all times to reflect Four Seasons' service standards.
• Promptly address and document any incidents, regardless of severity.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to foster collaboration.
• Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety incident.
• Undertake additional assignments or projects as directed by hotel management and team members.
• Follow all safety guidelines when working with tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially hazardous equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and oral communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience or training in painting.
