SUMMARY
Ensures that district premises are safe and secure. Monitors the behavior of students on TUSD campuses. Maintains order and ensures district and school policies, rules and regulations are adhered to.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Two years experience working with 12-18 year old youth.
- Working knowledge in the area of conflict resolution/mediation.
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE • FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
- Post-offer/pre-employment physical exam and lift test.
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver's license (Arizona Driver's License required within 30 days of hire)
- MVReport - showing no more than the allowable points against Driver's License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
- Satisfactory completion of phases I, II and III of Campus Monitor training within 90-days of hire.

Location: Site - Catalina High School - Pima & Dodge Area
Classification: White Collar
FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 9.5 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
