We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong leasing background who knows how to drive occupancy, manage daily operations, and lead with confidence. This role is ideal for a hands-on, energetic people-person who isn’t afraid to walk the property, engage residents, and get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality performance
  • Lead and execute leasing efforts, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and move-ins
  • Conduct regular property walks to maintain curb appeal, safety, and overall asset condition
  • Manage rent collections, delinquencies, notices, and evictions
  • Ensure strict compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
  • Utilize Yardi and CRM systems to manage leasing activity, resident data, reporting, and workflows
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership
  • Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Yardi and CRM systems
  • Proven experience in property management with a strong leasing focus
  • Solid knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience with rent collections and delinquency management
  • Strong understanding of daily property operations
  • Must be comfortable and proactive with property walks
  • High-energy, outgoing, and resident-focused personality
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results
