Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and managing transactions confidently
